Hi, I am with Octopus Energy for my export tariff and Utility Warehouse for my electric supply. I need to give Octopus my export meter reading in order to be paid for our production but the only thing scrolling on the display is 'welcome to UWDC'. I've tried following your instructions but nothing changes, I don't get anything on the display except welcome to UWDC. Any idea how I can get to my export reading? Many thanks
