yes Terance - I have purchased 2 from waterstones. Both with DRM. One worked and the other did not. Digital editions was used and can see both books o.k. I can even open both of them from the reader via the PC. However one of them just sat on the ereader 'processing' whilst the other opens and is great. Looks to me like the DRM file accompanying one of the books was corrupt or incorrect - but Waterstones could not be bothered to check and after 14 days I just demanded a refund on that faulty book. Which they even argued with the refund at first, until my local brach manager also intervened.. eventually and reluctantly they agreed.
