same problem - afetr 14 days waterstones gave me a refund on one of the e-books - but their customer service was useless.. Initially they said to go and buy a sony ereader because that is the only one that they sell and that their ebooks work on? They were not impressed when I pointed them to their own website to actually show them what they are selling.... Anyone offer any solutions? P.S. Also pased the issue onto elonex as waterstones cannot offer any solution
