Thank you for your efforts over the last seven years and, you know, in general 🤠 This was very resonant for me: "There is no promotion available for people who don't want to line manage teams... I don't enjoy that - and I'm not very good at it. People deserve a line manager who is interested in management. That's not me." Probably the #1 reason why I remain, to use @dansinker's term, "marginally employed".
