I see this being more of an external service. Someone who is curious can grant this service specific rights on their account. It would notice when an account is deleted, query some API for the reason, and report the results to you. That said, I think it would be good to tell people that they were re-posting propaganda, but that would point out to many just how much of what they read IS propaganda, so of course it will never happen...
