Not an X-ray, but when I had a camera in my bladder (and wasn't that fun!) the consultant, who knew I worked as a Wikimedian in Residence, printed me off a glossy colour picture "for Wikipedia". Due to the lack of clarity over copyright, indicted above, I never uploaded it.
