That IP address pointing to a Vista box in china would really concern me...it's obviously on a static IP as any hardcoding would cause real issues if the address changed.. What the hell are they doing with that kit?!! serial numbers for now but what else could it send/receive under different circumstances?.. Great way to run a DDOS network - tons of traffic running off light switches across the globe (!!)
