It's an interesting comment. I'm largely in agreement with you, up to your last point "being trivialized daily by those too goddamned lazy to take the time to learn it and use it properly." I'm arguing that it can't be used properly. It is not a valid psychological tool. The scientific community is not divided in this matter - they are convinced that the MBTI is, essentially, useless. If you have any links or papers which show the validity of MB - please let us know in the comments.
