So basically Luca still hasn't answered the simple question that Terence and so many others have posed: "If so, again, what is the problem with OpenDDR distributing [a WURFL derivative] as FOSS?" It seems completely clear that what OpenDDR are doing is technically legal, even if it is not "fair". It also seems that this outcome was entirely predictable given the WURFL license change.
