Hi Tina and Jamie, Firmware update 0.47 is supposed to "resolves some issues when processing very large eBooks", Terence has a write up here http://shkspr.mobi/blog/index.php/2010/03/elonex-511eb-firmware-update/ I myself had problem with under the dome by Stephen King as this book is over 3000kb. But I believe this update did work. If you have 0.47 then I'd suggested re-applying. Regards, Darren
