Correction... it now won't connect AT ALL via usb, despite trying it on 3 different pcs with 2 different operating systems, which means I couldn't update the firmware even if they ever release it! It now also won't turn off!!! If I do take it back it means that I would have to return it with all my personal files still on it (though whether they could access them themselves is debatable!). Great! Oh and there's still no case available. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! Now where's the bin.
