I don't know of any other sites using OAuth. I wouldn't ask the user to "Revoke" all, I'd do it automatically and let them know that they'll need to reauthorise. The mental model of most users (including me!) is "Change password, old password won't work". But here, for all practical purposes, the old password still works.
