Sonnet #84
Who is it th@ says most, which can say more,
Than this rich praise, th@ U alone, R U?
In whose confine immured is d store,
Which shud example wr Ur equal grew.
Lean penury within th@ pen doth dwell,
th@ 2 his subject lends nt sum small glory,
bt he th@ writes of U, if he can tell,
th@ U R U, so dignifies his story.
Let him bt copy wot in U is writ,
nt making worse wot nature made so clear,
& such a counterpart shl fame his wit,
Making his style admired every wr.
U 2 Ur beauteous blessings add a curse,
Being fond on praise, which makes Ur praises worse.
