Sonnet #38
How can my muse want subject 2 invent
While thou dost breathe th@ pour'st into my verse,
Thine own sweet argument, 2 xllent,
4 every vulgar paper 2 rehearse?
O give thy self d thanks if aught in me,
Worthy perusal st& against thy sight,
4 whoz so dumb th@ cannot write 2 thee,
When thou thy self dost give invention light?
b thou d tenth Muse, ten times more in worth
Than those old nine which rhymers invocate,
& he th@ calls on thee, let him bring 4th
Eternal numbers 2 outlive long date.
If my slight muse do plz these curious days,
d pain b mine, bt thine shl b d praise.
